Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dry the chickpeas with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas, olive oil, and spices.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let them cool before serving.

Make sure to dry the chickpeas thoroughly for maximum crunchiness and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
