Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Toss in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add mixed veggies and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sriracha over the mixture and stir well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve stir-fry over rice in bowls.
