Description
A quick and easy stir-fry bowl that combines spicy ground beef with garlic-infused mixed veggies served over rice – perfect for a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mixed veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Toss in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed veggies and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sriracha over the mixture and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve stir-fry over rice in bowls.
