Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, and garlic. Stir well.
- Mix in bell peppers and carrots. Cook until veggies are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce cups.
