Description

Quick and easy to prepare wraps filled with shredded chicken, corn, black beans, and zesty ranch dressing, perfect for lunches or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  2. On a flat surface, lay out your warm tortillas.
  3. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded lettuce and cheese on top.
  5. Starting from one end, roll each tortilla tightly over the filling.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Tip: Warmed tortillas are easier to roll and prevent tearing.
