Quick and tasty Southwest Chicken Wraps perfect for lunch or meal prep, made in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut in half and serve.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different proteins or veggies. Keep the tortillas separate until ready to eat to avoid sogginess.
