Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Extra powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and chopped nuts, mixing until just combined.
- Form the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
