Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mashed potatoes or egg noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix brown gravy mix with beef broth, then pour over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until cooked through.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Notes
