Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place diced chicken breast into the slow cooker.
- Add cooked rice, frozen peas and carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in beaten eggs and chopped green onions.
- Once cooking time is complete, give the rice a final stir and serve warm.
Notes
Use day-old rice for the best texture and adjust seasonings according to your taste.
