Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


Instructions
