Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or all-purpose flour or almond flour)
  • 1-2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or your preferred liquid sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the cookie dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a cookie.
  5. Bake for 7-10 minutes, then let it cool before eating.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with maple syrup; substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit for variety. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
