A simple, tangy-sweet balsamic vinaigrette that’s perfect for salads and vegetables.
Ingredients
½ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional) 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional) Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic to a medium bowl or jar. 2. Whisk or shake until the honey is fully dissolved. 3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
Adjust honey for more sweetness or vinegar for more tang. Shake well before each use.
