Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
