Description

A quick and easy fruit pizza made with store-bought sugar cookie dough, cream cheese frosting, and topped with colorful fresh fruit. Perfect for parties and summer gatherings!

  • 1 roll of sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • For the frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the toppings:
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • Mango (thin slices)
  • Raspberries
  • Optional glaze:
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Bake the crust: Roll out the sugar cookie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely.
  2. Make the frosting: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  3. Add the fruit: Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, and raspberries in decorative patterns over the frosting.
  4. Optional glaze: In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water. Warm slightly and brush over the fruit to add shine and keep it fresh.
  5. Chill & serve: Refrigerate the fruit pizza for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving cold.
