Ingredients
Scale
- For the crust:
- 1 roll of sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- For the frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- For the toppings:
- Strawberries (sliced)
- Blueberries
- Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- Mango (thin slices)
- Raspberries
- Optional glaze:
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Bake the crust: Roll out the sugar cookie dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the crust cool completely.
- Make the frosting: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Add the fruit: Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, and raspberries in decorative patterns over the frosting.
- Optional glaze: In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade and water. Warm slightly and brush over the fruit to add shine and keep it fresh.
- Chill & serve: Refrigerate the fruit pizza for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving cold.
Notes
- You can substitute any fruits based on seasonality and preference.
- Let the cookie crust cool fully before adding frosting to prevent melting.
- The glaze is optional but adds a beautiful sheen and longer-lasting freshness to the fruit.
