Description

A quick and easy shrimp stir-fry that bursts with flavor and can be made in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Incorporate the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
