Description
A quick and easy shrimp stir-fry that bursts with flavor and can be made in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Incorporate the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
- Top with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
