Description

A hearty dish that combines shrimp and vibrant spinach in jumbo pasta shells, enveloped by a rich marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, spinach, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.

Notes

For best results, cook the pasta al dente and use fresh ingredients for maximum flavor. Consider adding crushed garlic cloves for richness.
