Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook the orzo for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
