Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  6. Add shrimp, lobster, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  7. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Top with biscuit dough.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

For alternatives, crab meat can substitute lobster, and any mixed vegetables can be used. Consider using half-and-half for a lighter version of the cream.
