Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Push shrimp to one side and add the beaten eggs.
  5. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  6. Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  7. Pour soy sauce over rice and mix evenly.
