Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Push shrimp to one side and add the beaten eggs.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Pour soy sauce over rice and mix evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
