Description

A delicious lasagna layered with shrimp, crab, and a mix of cheeses, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, followed by half of the seafood mixture.
  8. Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Repeat the layers, ending with the last noodles and remaining marinara sauce; top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Can substitute crab with more shrimp or scallops. Use gluten-free noodles if needed.
