Description
A delicious lasagna layered with shrimp, crab, and a mix of cheeses, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until the shrimp turn pink.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, followed by half of the seafood mixture.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the last noodles and remaining marinara sauce; top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Can substitute crab with more shrimp or scallops. Use gluten-free noodles if needed.
