Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small cups or glasses


Instructions

  1. Boil the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  2. Drain and cool the shrimp in ice water.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the cups or glasses.
  5. Top each cup with a dollop of cocktail sauce.
