  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • Herby ranch dressing for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and bell pepper, ensuring even distribution.
