Description
A quick and delicious bowl packed with flavor, featuring ground turkey, sesame oil, ginger, and broccoli over brown rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned, stirring often.
- Stir in soy sauce and broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve turkey mix over brown rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or tofu. Brown rice can be swapped for quinoa or cauliflower rice.
