Description

A quick and delicious bowl packed with flavor, featuring ground turkey, sesame oil, ginger, and broccoli over brown rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey. Cook until browned, stirring often.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and broccoli. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve turkey mix over brown rice.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or tofu. Brown rice can be swapped for quinoa or cauliflower rice.
