Description

Quick and flavorful sesame ginger chicken meatballs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

You can substitute ground chicken with ground turkey or beef. Fresh ginger can be replaced with ground ginger at half the amount.
