Description
Quick and flavorful sesame ginger chicken meatballs, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
You can substitute ground chicken with ground turkey or beef. Fresh ginger can be replaced with ground ginger at half the amount.
