Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Toss in the diced potatoes; cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika; stir well.
