Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 sausages (links or patties)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Butter (for frying)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Cook the sausages according to package instructions and let cool.
- Place a sausage on one end of each flattened slice and roll it tightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture to coat.
