  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 sausages (links or patties)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Butter (for frying)
  • Maple syrup (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Cook the sausages according to package instructions and let cool.
  3. Place a sausage on one end of each flattened slice and roll it tightly.
