Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (sliced)
  • 1 small head of green cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers, carrots, or other favorite vegetables


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and any optional vegetables.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
  6. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted but still crisp.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
