A quick and savory one-pan meal combining sausage and cabbage, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage (sliced)
- 1 small head of green cabbage (chopped)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced bell peppers, carrots, or other favorite vegetables
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage and any optional vegetables.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
