Delicious and easy-to-make salted honey pistachio cookies with a perfect sweet and salty balance.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the honey and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
