Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden.
