Description

A delicious and creamy pasta dish combining smoked salmon with fettuccine, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat gently, adding cream or milk if necessary.
