Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, chopped rosemary, sea salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Pour in the water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil to coat the bottom.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
- Place the shaped dough in the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
- Flip the bread over and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until both sides are golden.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
