Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and carrot slices.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the veggies and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss everything until fully coated.
