Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and carrot slices.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the veggies and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss everything until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
