Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa and almond milk, and mix well.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until creamy.
- Top with sliced banana and berries.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Sprinkle chia seeds and add almond butter.
- Serve immediately.
