Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet, keeping the flavorful juices.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef, mixing well, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
