Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Drain excess fat from the skillet, keeping the flavorful juices.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef, mixing well, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the rice while the beef is simmering.
- Plate by scooping rice into a bowl and top with the beef mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
