Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until well browned and no longer pink. Break apart into small pieces with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and cornstarch mixture in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce over cooked beef and onions, stir until sauce thickens.
- Add broccoli florets, stir until coated in sauce. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat, toss in green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve over rice or noodles.
