Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce together.
  5. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
