Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce together.
- Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped herbs like parsley or thyme to the meatball mixture. You can also use frozen meatballs to save time.
