- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup steamed broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, or spinach
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the penne until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
- Assemble the Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Optional Broil: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
- Serve: Let the pasta bake rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
