  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 cup steamed broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil the penne until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  4. Assemble the Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Optional Broil: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
  7. Serve: Let the pasta bake rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
