Description
Creamy whipped feta meets fall flavor in this savory pumpkin dip, finished with honey, thyme, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for crackers, toast, or raw veggies.
Ingredients
- 8 oz block feta cheese (preferably in brine)
 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
 - 1 cup canned pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
 - 1–2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
 - 1 tsp dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh thyme
 - Black pepper, freshly cracked
 - Chopped walnuts (optional, for topping)
 - Extra honey for drizzling
 - Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
 
Instructions
- Blend Base: In a food processor, combine the feta and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Add Flavor: Add pumpkin purée, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until fully incorporated.
 - Chill: Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill for 30–60 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.
 - Serve: Before serving, top with chopped walnuts, a drizzle of honey, and fresh thyme sprigs.
 - Pair: Enjoy with toasted bread, crackers, or raw vegetables.
 
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes. This dip pairs especially well with rosemary crackers or seeded flatbreads.
