Instructions

  2. Wash and trim the asparagus, snapping off tough ends.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
  4. Place wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet, spacing them out.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
