Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus, snapping off tough ends.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
