Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour.
  4. Dip the floured chicken in beaten eggs.
  5. Coat the chicken in crushed pretzels.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. In a saucepan, combine shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and milk; heat until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled on top.

Notes
