Description

A quick and nutritious meal combining crispy potstickers with vibrant vegetables in a savory stir-fry.


Ingredients

  • 12 potstickers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced


Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the potstickers and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas, stirring gently.
  5. Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days, and do not freeze.
