Ingredients
- 12 potstickers
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Add the potstickers and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas, stirring gently.
- Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
- Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days, and do not freeze.
