Description

A quick and refreshing appetizer that combines creamy avocado and vibrant pomegranate seeds for a delightful flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a small mixing bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice, diced red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season with salt to taste.
  5. Spoon the guacamole mixture into small serving cups.
  6. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the guacamole just before serving.

Notes
