Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the plantains and slice them thinly to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Toss the plantain slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
- Spread the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
