Description

Delicious bite-sized snacks filled with pizza flavors, perfect for parties or after-school treats.


Ingredients

  • 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 80 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  4. Place 4 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese for each tortilla.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly to form a roll.
  6. Brush a baking sheet with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Place the roll-ups on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  8. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
  9. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the roll-ups for extra flavor.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with extra pizza sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite condiment for dipping.
