Ingredients
- 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 80 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Place 4 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese for each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a roll.
- Brush a baking sheet with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the roll-ups on the baking sheet, seam side down.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the roll-ups for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with extra pizza sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite condiment for dipping.
