A delicious fusion of classic Philly cheesesteak flavors served on crunchy garlic bread, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced ribeye to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Cut the garlic bread in half and place on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Layer the sautéed onions, bell peppers, and cooked steak on the garlic bread.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle a bit of garlic powder on the assembled bread before adding cheese.
