Description

A delicious fusion of classic Philly cheesesteak flavors served on crunchy garlic bread, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of garlic bread
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced ribeye to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. Cut the garlic bread in half and place on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
  5. Layer the sautéed onions, bell peppers, and cooked steak on the garlic bread.
  6. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
