Deliciously easy Pesto Chicken Flatbread Bites that are cheesy, crunchy, and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and pesto sauce.
- Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
