A simple and delicious pecan pie dump cake that’s gooey, crispy, and perfect for any dessert lover.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, then stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the cake mix.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
