Delicious healthy peanut butter cookies made with Greek yogurt, oats, and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
- Add the oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir everything together until it forms a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
