Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Strawberry jam (for filling)
  • Additional jelly (for topping)
  • Chopped peanuts (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into balls and then roll them in granulated sugar.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with a small amount of strawberry jam.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
  7. After baking, top each cookie with a dollop of jelly, a drizzle of peanut butter, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
