Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and washed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim both ends. Pat them dry completely.
  2. Toss the green beans in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans and toss gently to combine.
  4. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  5. Transfer the roasted green beans to a serving dish and enjoy warm.

Notes
