Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Cook the chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and stir to combine, scraping any bits from the bottom.
- Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken slightly.
- Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies.
