Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Cook the chicken in the pan for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add heavy cream and stir to combine, scraping any bits from the bottom.
  7. Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken slightly.
  8. Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top.
